A law firm founded in 2014 by Saidina Khatijah Zaharah Khairulnisak Binti Haji Mohd Noor with 8 years’ experience and Zuriyah Binti Mhd Nordin with 14 years’ experience. Our firm provide wide services customized to our clients’ needs including general litigation, conveyancing, personal injury claims, criminal and commercial litigation.
We extend our professional activity by providing consultancy for cases in the following area of expertise land law, civil law, criminal law, administrative law, commercial law, labor law, banking law, intellectual property law, human rights, legal mediation and currently involves in local/international arbitrators, protection of competition, consumer protection, taxes, etc., by collaborating with well-known lawyers and law firms in Malaysia.
We help clients on legal representation and legal consultation for conveyancing for instance in handling various property conveyancing transactions such as residential housing and commercial project, sub sale, banking security documentation, tenancy, probate and administration, land acquisition and banking litigation (civil suit foreclosure and mortgage).
